How to stand out from the crowd

I was excited (and flattered, admittedly) to receive a request from Digital Marketing for Financial Services to present at their annual conference, DMFS West, for the second time. They asked for an interactive lecture-style talk about how to identify and use a business’ unique selling proposition. One attendee told me she was already wanting to implement my points. Another said my presentation was the best one he saw at the conference. The audience even laughed at my jokes.
