Challenge: Fremont Bank was missing valuable opportunities to increase brand awareness, capture leads and drive revenue by not using content or social media marketing.
Approach: I built a content and social media function by:
Designing scalable systems and processes that are repeatable and easy to follow.
Designing roles for multiple levels of experience that encourage growth and career progression.
Sourcing agencies and contractors to provide specialist skills that we did not have in-house.
Establishing a budget and channel attribution strategy.
Results: In the first year the Bank’s social media following grew by >50%. We saw triple-digit increases in website traffic, and double-digit engagement and click through rates. My team produced the highest performing content in the Bank’s history and won 8 awards.
